The photoshoot becomes even better when it’s well planned. That’s why I always provide personalized consultation for my clients. Together, we’ll not only choose the locations and define the photography style but also create a detailed plan for the wedding day.
Each offered package specifies the photographer’s total working time. This duration includes not only active photography hours but also travel time between locations, breaks between events, and other necessary intervals.
The services included in the packages are provided on the condition that all coverage takes place on the same day and within the contracted period. For example, if events such as the “getting ready” session and the reception occur on different days, coverage of the additional day can be arranged separately for a special fee.
Coverage begins when the photographer arrives at the agreed location at the prearranged time. If the client is late for the session, the photographer cannot guarantee the full delivery of the number of photos included in the chosen package.
The client will receive the number of photos specified in the chosen package, provided the photoshoot begins at the agreed time. By hiring the photography services, the client agrees to my taste, photography style, and editing, having previously seen my work in the portfolio. The selection of photos for editing is the photographer’s responsibility. Unedited files (RAW) can be purchased for an additional fee.
The photographer reserves the right to use the photos for promotional purposes. However, if the client wishes to have exclusive personal use rights, the price of the chosen package increases by $300.
The maximum turnaround time for wedding photo editing is 14 calendar days. Once completed, the finished photos will be delivered via a file-sharing platform for easy and convenient access.
To begin our collaboration, I personally contact each client. We discuss the photoshoot plan and locations. The client is required to make a $100 deposit, with the remaining balance due on the day of the photoshoot.
